I am so saddened by the news of the terrible terrorist attacks in London. Having been to this wonderful city I know that her spirit won't be broken so easily and she is already mending herself. My thoughts and prayers to everyone there and everyone who has loved ones there, as I do.

I'm a transplanted Canadian who has lived in Northern California since the late 80s. I took my first ever English riding lesson in the summer of 2006 and got my TB mare in early 2007. Follow me as I endeavour to become a decent equestrienne, fight my internal demons and figure out what else I want to be when I grow up.

It's such a horrible thing that happened. I know of one person who lost a brother last week. So senseless.
